Rajiv Maan is a retired senior executive of the Federal Bureau of Investigation with over 30 years of experience across federal and local law enforcement. He brings deep expertise in national security, complex investigations, and enterprise risk leadership.
Mr. Maan's career includes senior leadership roles in counterterrorism, counterintelligence, cyber operations, narcotics enforcement, and hostage recovery. He has led high-impact programs both domestically and internationally, including serving as Legal Attaché in Amman, Jordan, and directing national-level hostage recovery efforts.
He most recently served as Special Agent in Charge (SAC) of the Counterintelligence and Cyber Division at the FBI's Los Angeles Field Office, where he oversaw critical national security and cyber threat programs. He also served as Director of the U.S. Hostage Recovery Fusion Cell, leading interagency efforts during major international crises.
Taylor Hadden is a senior intelligence and risk advisor with more than 20 years of experience leading complex analysis, investigations, and strategic advisory efforts across global environments. A retired U.S. Army intelligence professional, he has supported senior decision-makers at the highest levels of government, delivering actionable insights on geopolitical risk, emerging technologies, and adversary behavior.
Mr. Hadden's background spans counterintelligence, global threat analysis, and enterprise risk strategy. He has produced hundreds of intelligence assessments, led multinational crisis simulations, and directed teams operating in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. His work has informed national-level policy decisions and supported interagency operations across the United States, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific.
He brings particular expertise in integrating human intelligence with open-source analysis to solve complex problems, identify emerging risks, and support strategic planning. In addition to his operational leadership, he has trained and mentored international partners and cross-functional teams, enhancing investigative and analytical capabilities.
Tom Dixon is a retired Senior Intelligence Officer with more than two decades of experience as a military intelligence professional and executive leader. His career began in the U.S. Army as an Interrogator and Intelligence Collector, including a combat deployment supporting the Combined Joint Special Operations Task Force – Afghanistan.
Following his military service, Tom was recruited to the U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency and was assigned to the NATO Intelligence Fusion Centre. As a Branch Chief and Deputy Division Chief, he provided strategic analysis and advised NATO senior military and civilian leadership. He subsequently served as the Defense Intelligence Agency's West Coast Chief of Operations, leading strategic operations and Intelligence Community collaboration supporting a science and technology-focused mission.
Tom later transitioned to the private sector, where he has held senior leadership roles supporting defense innovation and emerging technology companies. As a Chief Commercial Officer and business development executive, he has led growth strategy, strategic partnerships, and capture efforts supporting Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and allied mission requirements.
